'Hadith' is a narration from the Prophet (May Peace be upon him). It is compulsory for a believer to verify that the Prophet (May Peace be upon him) has really said it.

1. This service is manual and not automatic. Our Research department checks the authenticity of the Hadith and makes a posting here. The time target for us is a maximum of 1 week after the posting. The Checked Hadith will be posted here on this page + the person requesting will also get a mail.
2. Requests for which complete contact details are not given will not be entertained.
3. Please keep your posting brief and to the point. Post one hadith at a time. Give only the text of the hadith that needs to be checked.

Method:
The method is to check the hadith in the authentication works of Shaykh Naasiruddin Albani and to quote a reference from there. If you want to go into details about why a particular hadith is authentic or inauthentic you can refer to the references quoted - where Shaykh Albani quotes his reasons.
